Farma AI is POLCERO's agriculture branch: a fleet of autonomous field robots controlled by the 'AI-farmer' supervisory brain for the full crop cycle — planting, care (weeding, spot spraying), monitoring and selective harvest of delicate vegetables. Designed for large vegetable farms, delivered as Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) — no capital expenditure.

From planting to harvest, one robot fleet handles the whole season.

Planting

Precise row-by-row transplanting or direct seeding with RTK/SLAM navigation. Sub-centimeter placement accuracy on the POLCERO-W4 chassis.

Care — weeding & thinning

Computer-vision weed detection + mechanical or thermal weeding. No herbicide for identified weeds — only targeted spot spray.

Spot spraying / micro-dosing

Selective application of fertilizer or plant-protection products only where the AI detects need. Reduces chemical use by up to 90% vs. blanket spraying.

Monitoring

Daily field scanning with RGB-D + multispectral + thermal cameras. Crop health map, disease early-warning, harvest readiness prediction.

Selective harvest

Selective harvesting of delicate vegetables (starting with lettuce heads) — the hardest unsolved gap in agri automation. Soft gripper + AI maturity detection.

Why selective harvest is the last frontier

Weeding, thinning and baby-leaf harvest are already commercial. Selective harvesting of individual lettuce heads — identifying the right maturity level, soft-grasping without damage, at field speed — is the unsolved gap we target. Combined with the full cycle integration (planting → care → harvest), this is where POLCERO's AI-farmer system creates durable competitive advantage.

BUSINESS MODEL

Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS)

Farma AI is delivered as a subscription service. POLCERO owns, insures and services the robot fleet and AI-farmer software. The farm pays a monthly service fee — no capital expenditure on hardware. The AI-farmer brain is licensed separately per farm.

We also offer purchase + service agreements for farms that prefer ownership. Every deployment is to order — we size the fleet and configure the AI for your specific crops and field layout.
